Delivery Fees

  • Free Delivery Areas:
    Hong Kong, Kowloon, and part of the New Territories (Green Zone), with delivery during 9am-1pm, 1pm-6pm, or 7:00-9:pm.
  • Charged Delivery Areas:
    Non-Green Zones, with a delivery fee of HK$90 (during 9am-1pm or 1pm-7pm).
  • Undeliverable Areas:
    Airports, Disneyland, outlying islands, Sai Kung, village houses, rural areas, and other remote locations (addresses without elevators or vehicle access roads).
  • Special Cases:
    • If the recipient refuses to accept the flowers or the delivery cannot be completed at the specified address for other reasons,
    • If the commercial building or residential management office refuses to accept the delivery and the recipient/orderer cannot be contacted,
    • If the customer provides incorrect address, recipient name, or phone number, leading to failed delivery:
      We will take photos as proof of arrival at the provided address and return the bouquet to our company. You may collect it within 48 hours or pay a minimum of $150 for redelivery.

Floral Arrangement Terms

We strive to ensure that product photos and descriptions on our website accurately reflect the actual items. However, due to seasonal variations and import market fluctuations, yentree.com.hk may need to substitute one or more flowers.

All our fresh flower gifts are made with the freshest daily blooms in optimal condition. In case of temporary stock shortages due to seasonal or import supply issues, our florists reserve the right to replace flowers with equivalent/higher quality or similar-colored alternatives without prior notice to ensure timely delivery.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after payment.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • How to modify an order?:
    To change the product style, delivery address, or shipment date/time, please email info@yentree.com.hk at least 72 hours before shipment. Phone/WhatsApp modifications are not accepted. Each order allows one free modification; subsequent changes will incur a $150 surcharge.
  • How to change greeting card content?:
    Due to our fixed greeting card printing format and immediate printing after payment, a one-time administrative fee of HK$50 will be charged for modifying confirmed content.
  • What is the latest booking time for delivery next Friday?:
    We can create and deliver orders on the same day, but certain special flower varieties may be out of stock.
    Please place orders as early as possible, as sufficient preparation is key to ensuring beautiful products.
    In urgent cases, some flower materials may be out of stock, and we will communicate with you to replace them (a complex process). Customers may worry about the appearance after substitution, leading to unnecessary troubles.
    Placing orders three days before shipment ensures all available online products are delivered in optimal condition as shown in the photos.
  • How long can the bouquet stay fresh? Can I pick it up one day early?:
    All flower materials are freshly air-flown from suppliers daily. Since cut flowers are typically without water during transportation, we ensure they absorb sufficient water and nutrient solution before arranging.
    Bouquets can stay in optimal condition for 2-4 days in a ventilated environment, requiring only 100ml of water added daily to the top of the bouquet.
  • Unsatisfactory product:
    If you have any concerns about the received product, please call 5621 0695 within 12 hours of delivery to inquire about exchange or refund arrangements. Please prepare the order number, delivery time/date, digital photos of the product, and retain the goods and packaging. Damaged, non-compliant, or incorrect items must be retained. For service improvement, we may request the return of goods for investigation. Failure or refusal to return goods may result in no compensation. If yentree.com.hk requests the return of goods for investigation, we will propose this within one day of receiving the application.
  • Refund policy:
    To ensure customers receive orders as quickly as possible, the system processes orders immediately after payment (including material procurement and logistics booking). All orders are non-refundable once paid.
    In case of delivery failure due to non-human factors (e.g., typhoons, traffic disruptions), the florist reserves the right to refuse refunds.
    All disputes are subject to the company’s final decision.
  • Typhoon or rainstorm arrangements:
    If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning remains in effect before 16:00, delivery will be rescheduled to the next working day. If the warning is lowered on the same day, delivery will commence two hours after the warning is lifted, subject to strict restrictions.
